Returns and Refunds Policy

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Eligible items for return must be unused and in their original condition. Additionally, they must be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items. Once the returned item arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.

2. After the return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
3. Send the item to the specified return address.
